Nothing like that, AC on or off makes no difference.
I do however have a small exhaust leak from the turbo to down pipe. Could it be that the ecu logic starts to command richer afr to even out the lambda sensor readings??

Just to add to this, I get commanded afr's of 14.2 at idle and the only way to stop it is to reflash the tune.

Because usually requested load does not differ much per different gears. WGDC table is just a "base" table, the actual wgdc is afterwards adjusted depending on what load was reached. In higher gears there is usually quite much time for ECU to adjust to it accurutely, so I would try to mat...

I keep getting commanded afr of anywhere between 14.2-14.5 even though my tune calls for 14.7. If I reflash it usually sorts itself out. I'd estimate every 3rd flash induces this anomaly, is there any particular reason for this?
