Unable to Update
Hello, I am having difficulty updating software and ECU definitions. I am receiving the following error: "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Security.Principal.Windows, Version=4.1.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the...

Re: Desired AFR
.... Hey Walle, would you happen to be able to walk me through or share a bit about your process to get the VE table cleaned up? This would be immensely helpful for my learning. Cheers Hello, yes I would be able to do that. I am "back" was sick and thus inactive. :welcome Welcome back! I ...

Re: Desired AFR
My personal experience is that Desired AFR parameter does not work. In Open Loop the Desired AFR parameter IMO is completely broken, and in Closed Loop there seems to be enough of a variance to make it suspect. when the VE table is cleaned up using ltf, stf and deviation from desired afr, the desir...

Re: Zen's Cable Throttle tune
Thanks for clearing that up, years down the road people will read this and we might not be around to answer. I think it might help to make a notepad text file with the table values so they don't get lost if the pics break one day.

Re: Zen's Cable Throttle tune
Just to clarify. You are saying that the values in the tables you posted should be copied exactly as the ones in your picture correct? And not to use the converted values that happen when versatuner changes values based on calibration.

Re: Want crackles and pops? Here you go.
You can not entirely just load up and go for it on an S2. But if the S2 has the DFCO and leading/timing tables to allow change you could get it to work.

Re: Ignition Leading / Timing tables problem?
I can only guess as to why it looks that way. 1. Your ecu calibration is just different so that's what you get (perhaps differences in model years from mazda) 2. Versatune maps created under different update versions Likely, we will not get an answer or it will be a veeeery long time. I am not sure ...

Re: P0335 code
Code This code is related to your ESS. Google "how to clean ESS RX8" I am positive you will get it fixed. I told you in an earlier post exactly what to do. If you don't follow advice how will you expect to figure out what is wrong? This is definitely not a tune related issue. Clean your s...
