Just to close this out in case anyone else has this problem I tried to run the windows viewer and it was also giving me errors. After a lot of googling, reg editing and frustration I was lead to a fresh install of windows 11. That came with it's own problems but finally got through it and versatune ...

Downloaded it from from the site multiple times.

I started to think it was because it was trying to install it to the desktop on one drive but I went through disabling that and still the same error.

I got a new laptop recently and can't seem to get versatuner to work. I keep getting a message about value can't be null. Any ideas?
