Re: RX8 4 Port MAF Calibration
Curious, is your maf in a tube similar to stock diameter? If not apparently you can do a formula working out the % difference in volume to apply to the maf voltages as a good starting point. But if you got it near spot on, perhaps this is moot.

Re: RX8 with complete decat exhaust and cone filter
You can try some of the off the shelf maps. Most are pretty safe still with most of the changes happening with timing. Custom tuning will possibly yield better results. I did pick up some more go above 6000 rpm by targeting high 12s under full load as the renny runs real rich up to and into the 10s....

Thank you!
Did you go oem blues or ebay blues. The miata guys find no problems with the chinese ones, i feel the renesis is a little more high strung and should stick with oem...

Re: Changing Injectors
I think i found them on here, im just suprised it is that simple.
If you could repost, that would be appreciated.
I am doing all the support mods to go turbo at a later date.
Yellows and blues x2 should be plenty for my low boost goals.
I'd prefer having plenty of headroom.

Changing Injectors
Another dumb question.
When changing injectors, is it as simple as swapping out the injector and entering in the approriate scaling and latency data in the corresponding tables?
So going to say, series 2 blues, you just enter in that data and off you go?

Re: Ghost Port Tune?
You may also want to look at the idle table correction multiplier (i think it is called. Will update when i get v tuner up again to look) this will help manipulate an idle timing not as per revs but at load at a given rev. Idle appears to be about 0.25 load or less. Should you choose, you may find t...

Re: Idle mix
Found it. In the afr tables 1 2 or 3, at the desired rpm it is approx load 0.18 to 0.25. Wanted to see how a change in afr impacts bridgeport idle. Either it needs to be pig rich where it smokes and idles bad with aft of about 8, or slightly lean at about 15-16. The latter gave better braps. Not as ...

Re: Idle mix
Yeah i dunno. I just want to mess with idle afrs.
I played with an adaptronic recently and it was handy as it had its own idle table. Gone back to stock ecu and derp.

Re: Ghost Port Tune?
Great work! I too tried similar but had no luck, probably because of my actual bridgeport. Needed to sneak up on where it wanted to brap and enhance it. What you have done is what i couldnt have but looked to do. Did you use my tunes base timing? If so that would be spitting out close to 45 degrees ...
