adding timing to the max table wont gain you anything,you need to add in the other tables (base norm and extended) in open and closed loop.and go up in 0.5* not 5*

Hang on skip.you hit the nail on the head then swerved off the rd.bov I think is good.like you said was OK before.the only thing that's different is that pants fmic.get it off and put the stock tmic back on.it might be a restrictive core( is common on them cores) you may have 20 psi before the coole...

Checked my spring and im on the yellow spring no shim and 19psi boost.forge says that's just right and will need the blue spring once 22psi reached .I'd do ya tmic now instead of wasting time messing with other stuff.

that should be too much tbh,stick ya stock cooler on and try that,i think your turbo is struggling to keep up with flow now,if it had the dp it may fair better.

Dump valve.there are lots of threads on mazdaspeed forum regarding bad cores in them intercoolers . Just a thought. Try piping your stock tmic back up and see how she runs
