Re: Custom Big Turbo CX-7 - Any Tune Suggestions ?
Thanks for the reply. Had to add a custom vehicle to virtual dyno for the 2010 Mazda CX-7 FWD 2.3L. The specs were not even close to the 2009 version it had on it. Glad you pointed this out. It's showing about 300whp, which is exactly what the car feels like. Now I can start adding more power. What'...

Custom Big Turbo CX-7 - Any Tune Suggestions ?
So I've made pretty good progress with the current tune on my custom big turbo CX-7. I'm pretty sure the turbo is one size bigger than I should have gotten. Anyways, I am looking for some feedback on how it's looking. Not sure how accurate the virtual dyno is, but it's suggesting like 450 to 480 whp...

Re: 3.5 Bar MAP Upgrade - Value Input
Think I figured it out. Had to click on the Customize option on the Intake manifold absolute pressure Parameter in the Dashboard tab. The drop down for MAP sensor has an old CorkSport 3.5 Bar sensor. Pretty sure I inputted the correct values now. Logging looks good and matches the boost gauge. https...

3.5 Bar MAP Upgrade - Value Input
Where do I input the upgraded MAP sensor values?
Am I doing it correctly? My logging is way off.

Re: Pops and Crackles Disappeared
These are the current settings I am using:
It goes from 2k up.

I found that when you let off the gas, you have to very slightly apply a little pressure to the gas pedal to get the pops and crackles to work sometimes.

Decel Fuel Cut Requested Load Threshold Question
Does anyone know how the Decel Fuel Cut Requested Load Threshold and Decel Fuel Cut Requested Load Threshold Additive tables work? Is it that when the load for a specific RPM increases past the Load Threshold it disables the fuel cut and fuel is pumped in? Or is it when the load for that RPM drops b...

Re: Pops and Crackles Disappeared
After logging, noticed that I wasn't dropping below the default 0.1875 load value to trigger the retarded ignition timing on decel. I related this to having raised the IDLE RPM - In Gear to 700 and IDLE RPM - AC ON - In Gear to 800 . But could be other reasons. Also switched the BOV to 50-50 because...

Pops and Crackles Disappeared
Was using this tune as a base: Base 93US_98EU Octane High Load with High Flow Down Pipe and Crackle and Pop. Lots of pops and crackles with the stock airbox and catless down pipe with headers. Added a 3" MAF full intake and dual-port blow off valve. Have it set to 75% recirc and 25% vent to atm...
