Giant pain. Hard pass on versatune then

2019 Miata. Stock ecu & tune. In the middle around 20% I believe

I have tried several times to install Versatune on my car and keep getting the attached error every time during the backing up of the stock tune portion.

I've done everything as the instructions say.
