Re: Couple of questions

Hi ya, I find that desired AFR does indeed give a true representation of what has been requested in the tune file. I've always found this an adequate reading to make corrections to the MAF calibration. The desired and actual AFR may seem pretty much similar most of the time if you use the OEM or sim...

Re: Export as csv?

Thought I'd necro this thread instead of starting a new one. Very recently became a VT convert. I can't seem to see/find how to export or open log files in CSV format. Did something change over the years and updates, or am I just really that blind? Any help would be appreciated. If you open the log...

Re: Hello Again

Hi there,

Unfortunately I cannot view your tune......... I take it you still have the issue of bouncing boost? (I assume this based on previous posts). Do you have a log to show what is happening at all?

Re: New to VT, need help getting started

Hi there, The wastegate duty cycle values in the tune are not the issue here as already mentioned. You are using 0% wastegate duty cycle in the logs and still overboosting which shows that either the boost control solenoid is hooked up incorrectly or the wastegate actuator spring on the turbo is set...

Re: Does not show big load

I have attached a couple of examples from different cars of where the load flat lines. Log 1 is from a stock block MPS6 with hybrid K04 and the targetted load is 2.3 which is achieved in the log but I still thought it quite odd that the load line is flat as I can't achieve that on other cars. Log 2 ...

Re: WOT AFR's

I believe it has something to do with ECT but the only fuel table relating to this is ECT vs Fuel Pressure so unless there is a table not available I am a bit stumped. Running meth BAT's are okay and even with no meth the issue still exists.

WOT AFR's

Can anybody explain why that in a WOT run with no knock the desired AFR's are lower than what I have requested in the WOT fuelling tables? I can take two seperate runs and the desired AFR's can be different to each other. Probably missing something simple so hopefully somebody can point me in the ri...

Re: Timing Tables

I run with all my closed and open loop timing tables (normal & overload) identical and have not had any issues.
