retrieving tunes from hard drive!

Hi,

My tuning laptop died yesterday, and I didnt save the last couples tunes on a USB key

I removed the hard drive from the dead laptop and tried to find the tunes using a SATA/USB adapter (the hard drive is OK), but I cant find them

Where are the Versatune files saved on the hard drive?

Thanks

Re: Overload tables questions!!!

Thanks for the answer Mituc...I was actually refering to you when I said :''top gun'' :)

Do you think the Overlaod retard is added on top of the Ignition Overlaod table?

Do you mind if I contact you directly for my tuning questions (I would pm you on MSF)?

Overload tables questions!!!

Re: Just ordered my Versatune today

Alpha Wolf, You wont regret your purchase of Versatuner...this software is essential to tap the potential of the engine, and take advantage of the mods you will put on Even stock, you can really wake up the car with something like Sassimac's tune (he gained 21HP and 44lbs/ft at the wheel) I could no...

Re: Max APP

I guess the best option should be to tune with the "requested load X gear", so the APP% wont matter

Here is a log that show the APP at idle and WOT (all my log show the same patern)

Re: Max APP

On my gen2 CX-7, the logs shows that the minimum APP at idle is 31%, and the maximum APP at WOT is 76%!?!?

Does this mean that the lower and upper parts of my "APP requested load" table are worthless?

Re: Another CX7

Yep for sure...going to to some datalogging tonight Does anyone know with the CX7 if the Speed6 Downpipe is a direct fit or is there some tweaking that needs to be done. The Speed6 M2 downpipe is not a direct fit...its a long downpipe that replace the 2 cat On the CX-7, the second cat is welded on ...
