He has a ptp pump, i run 2.2 load in the mid rpms and taper to 1.9ish up high with the stock turbo, the bnr that he has can do somewhat better than that.

With a bnr stg2 you should be able to hit at least 2.5 load in the mid ranges before bats become a problem.

Steve the cx-7 turbo is smaller than the ms3/6 turbo, ide put its max around 19psi @ 4000 rpm and tapering to 15-16psi by redline.

Lower is faster.

It doesnt really matter though because you can tune the CL and OL to be the same.

I tweaked the APP > load tables and I set gears 1 - 4 to be the same AAP > pedal and then 5 and 6 to be the same.

My APP > pedal is pretty linear under 1 load then its very agressive to 1.75ish then its linear until 2 to control wheel spin.

Is the spill valve clocked properly to the body? If it isnt aligned right it doesnt work.

Post your current tune and some logs showing app, throttle pos, req load, actual load, map kpa, rpm, maf/gs, bat, actual air temp, and baro and ill try to look through it tomorrow.
