Reviving an old thread but I had the exact same issue, I suppose your part of ClubMPSNZ? I can confirm that after emailing them, I was able to tune it with different software (at the time).

Parameter "Actual equivalence/air to fuel ratio" no support
Hey guys. I'm a bit new to the forum. Have a Gen1 Mazdaspeed Axela over here in NZ and just installed Versatuner. I'm currently having an issue regarding recording logs. I've attached a screenshot of the error message. Anyone else had the same issue regarding this? Thanks in advance :bouncinggrins
