Re: Custom Build , self tuned ...weird data.

At a first glance the load tables are way off and in contradiction with each other and the calibration for the EBCS us stock. Also the MAF calibration is way off for a 4". Looks like a 6" or more.
This tune can't work properly.

Re: Custom Build , self tuned ...weird data.

Hey Dominic, would you mind also posting the log? It's easier to look at the actual log rather than the picture. You can attach the .vtlog file and not the CSV.

Re: Real time logging

No, the real time logging will show you only what the ECU commands and reads (desired and actual AFRs), as well as other values, including the desired values if they are available (desired fuel rail pressure and the actual, desired throttle position and the actual, and so on). But the Software will ...

You already have OTS tunes at your disposal to see what's changes.

Re: Pops and Crackles above 3k RPM

Here it is. What this does: - restores the engine braking capability (so will improve/restore the fuel economy as well); - moves the pops&bangs from 3500rpm up; - may provide less obnoxious/aggressive bangs than the OTS tune. Let me know how you like it. Base 93US_98EU Octane High Load with Crac...

Re: MAF calibration values

How are the short term fuel trims when the idle is rough and the MAF is connected?

Re: 93 tune made no noticeable difference to anything

Flash it again, make sure it flashes. The factory rev limiter is 6500rpm but on the dash you will see close to 7000rpm. The "error" is programmed into the cluster pretty much the same way as the speed. When you will read the RPM from the OBD2 port using the versatuner logging/dashboard you...

Re: need little guide

The video has no sound, it's absolutely impossible to figure anything out only by how the RPM needle moves because there's no indication what you're actually doing (cruising, idling, accelerating, and so on). But may be air/fuel related most probably, an intake or exhaust leak, evap valve going out,...

Re: need little guide

Something changed. 1. the huge KR is gone. 2. in the WOT log there's a bit too less air for the boost the car is making, and in the steady driving the fuel trims are positive indicating that you may have a leak somewhere, apparently on the vacuum side. So check all the hoses, clamps, vacuum lines go...
