Re: Another Load Question

Ok, but do you have any idea what BARO does your sensors read? You alter the MAP limits only in those areas which correspond accurately to the barometric pressure in your area as reported by accurate weather devices but unless you are sure the sensors on your car see the same you should either work...

Re: Another Load Question

In those logs you're not logging MAP, only MAP voltage, and I guess you have a Bosch 3BAR, right? Also, the throttle reduction MAP is set to 237kPa, that is roughly 22PSI of boost max which kind of match your air flow numbers (and the AFRs confirm the air flow numbers). This limit was changed in yo...

Re: Another Load Question

Well, First of all the boost limits are set pretty weirdly. This tune is clearly a boost based tune BUT the fuel cut limits are set lower than the throttle reduction limits except for some barometric pressure situations which can be met only at pretty high altitude. That will interpolate probably u...

Re: Another Load Question

The 60-100 time is influenced by some variables though - gradient of the road, and me weighing around 125kg  The turbo in question is a T3/T4 china charger. .63AR hot side, .50 with a rather big compressor wheel. I'm self tuning. If you were to compare the logs to the map itself, you'd see some...

Re: Another Load Question

Map and 2 logs attached @mituc. If you could have a look and give your input, that would be great.

Can't Install VT On Windows 10 Tab

Hi everyone,

I'm unable to install VT on my the windows 10 tab I recently purchased. Used to run it on a tab with windows 8.1, but can't seem to get it to work. Error message/code is in the attached pic.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Re: Another Load Question

I'll do so once I have my car back.

Just recently rebuilt the motor and it went in to the autobody repair shop this morning. Once I have it back, it's go time again.

I'll see if I can share an old map and it' corresponding logs to you for reference in the meantime.

Another Load Question

Aye guys. So today's question has two parts to it. First - is there a difference between Absolute Load and Calculated Load? Secondly, I also saw the reported "load pegged issue" in my tunes - I could add WGDC, see more boost, car would feel stronger, yet load would be pegged at 2 on logs, ...

Re: Lean @ WOT

Okay so update time - the screamer pipe on my setup was angled in such a way that the exhaust stream flowed over the secondary o2 sensor, where it's supposed to read the clean oxygen I imagine. This caused it to report incorrect readings to the ECU. The moment I directed the screamer away from the s...

Re: Lean @ WOT

Can a dodgy primary o2 work during PT driving, yet go screwey when going WOT?
