Is anyone able to test revving over 8000 RPM?
We tested with Teo's AWD Gen1 Mazda 3 MPS, but I would like to test with MS6 and Gen2 MS3.
If you do test it, be sure to set all of the rev limiters and rpm checks.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Versa tune flash on mazdaspeed 3 ecu that was running co
If the car has an oversize MAF housing, it won't run right without a tune. If it starts and runs at all, the ECU is probably fine. Your first order of business is to identify exactly what parts you have on the car, especially what size MAF housing is in the CAI. VersaTuner will allow you to put in a...

Warning Regarding VersaTuner on Macs
Over the last year, we have seen a couple instances of ECUs being bricked when flashing using VersaTuner in a Windows VM on Mac OSX. We have worked with affected customers to recover from the situation, but it usually takes a few days to resolve. VersaTuner does not support running in a virtual mach...

Re: APP not going above 67%. Newbie needs help.
I have not tested to confirm whether absolute APP is used for the table lookups or if it learns the actual APP range and uses the learned APP percentage for lookups. If someone has time to test a Gen2 with setting the APP req load tables with a really low req load above the max absolute APP percenta...

Re: built in AFR failsafe?
This would require custom code to fuel cut+close throttle if APP > x% and lambda > safety threshold.
I will add it to the list of custom code enhancements.

Re: New v1.08 tunes published in the database
I have been looking into this.
It is the result of the higher ambient temperatures in the summer months.
Please post logs where the power fluctuation is occurring with the 1.08 tune here or email them to [email protected]
Thanks,
Steve
