Hi everybody,
we are proud to announce the release of VersaTuner version 1.6.0.
It includes the following changes:
  • Automatic recovery flashing! No need to contact our support team if a flash fails due to faulty drivers or loose connections. VersaTuner detects an incomplete flash and recovers automatically.
  • CSV (comma separated values) exporting for logs. Analyze your logs in Microsoft Excel, plot graphs or use them in other software.
  • Special CSV format compatible with Bradford Barnhill's Virtual Dyno app. You can estimate the actual horsepower and torque gains of your tunes and compare them with your friends' numbers.
  • New dashboard/logging parameters: Fuel pressure sensor voltage and Desired fuel rail pressure
  • Corrected table names, axis definitions and descriptions for multiple tables.
  • Extended the allowed value range for multiple tables.
  • Added support for AEM 3.5 bar MAP.
  • Added more speed limiter tables, the speed limiter can now be raised where it's allowed.
  • Possibility to select/deselect all parameters in the log viewer.
  • Numerous bugfixes.

You guys rock :bow

One small wish, for us "bar users" one more decimal digit for MAP would be nice, so e.g. 2,34 instead of 2,3 or 2,26 instead of 2,3.

Any plans to make the 3 vvt table go to 38 maximum like it does for the 6's?

In Settings / Tune Customizer
Min. accelerator pedal position for launch control: 98%

It's not possible to change this, setting is not saved like other variables there but always returns to 98%.

Was similar with previous version.

Raising of speed limiter would interest our German colleagues, any hard facts to prove it? I don't need it, but it would boost VT sales in Germany, I'm sure...

The stock Bridgestones are Y rated, so the speed limit can be raised to 300 km/h. I don't think there is gearing to allow more than that. If someone wants to go higher than that, we can allow higher limits.

Eh, I meant video or at least logs with max speed before and after limiter 250 km/h removal. They are not convinced that limits are really removed, HT for example had this feature but Germans found out that it didn't really work. No need to go past 300, just to remove the 250 limit. They like facts, die Deutschen...
