At what stage is the development of these cards for mzr platform?

Works on Mazdaspeed 6 and possibly second gen MS3, but doesn't work on first gen Mazdaspeed 3 (might be hard coded).

I have mazdaspeed 6, I set "fan on ect" to 88°C, but the fan turns on 102°C. What the problem?

In this case probably it doesn't work on the 6'es either. On the gen1 3MPS'es the relays and triggering circuits are not controlled by the ECU even though this temperature threshold is exposed on the tune... so most probably it happens for the 6 as well.
Mind that the 6MPS and the 1st gen CX7s actually have mazda 6 2002 technology in them, while the 3MPS BK/mazdaspeed3 gen1 have 2004-2005 tech in them. If it doesn't work with the newer... well...
