No, I'm not a fool. Today I found the cause of their troubles.
The problems started after I got 1.6.2 version of VersaTuner and increased the maximum duty cycle of the injectors from 80% to 100%.
The mixture became richer by 10-12% in OL mode.
I had to recalibrate the MAF, reducing the values by 12%.
I don't know why is it so happened.

It should affect only the maximum values, and from what you say I understand that un OL they were actually scaled with about 10-12% (100/80=1.25). I wonder if this is the expected behaviour, as I have the same version too because I'm going to start tuning my big turbo setup this wednesday.

Thanks YuraL! I have the same version but didn't notice the Max. injector DC variable before. I increased it 80->90, lets's see what happens. I didn't reach load targets before.
