Hi Guys...

Having only fiddled with VT for only a short time now, these are my requests that I feel are very important.

1: Must have the capacity to recover from a failed write. (I regard this as a very serious omission)
2: There needs to be the capacity to compare tunes.
3: Capacity to use your own readout as the base file, OR be able to at least import your base readout.
4: More table editing functions such as interpolation.
5: Autosave and backups for tunes.

Thanks ..!!!
:)

There is a ecu recovery tool, I bricked my ecu when my laptop crashed and it worked like a charm.

Thank you for your input!
We will include automatic recovery from a failed flash very soon. In the meantime, we do provide a free recovery tool by email upon request, like 06Speed6 said.
We will consider other features and implement them over time.

I'll echo the requests for additional table editing functions such as interpolation, the ability to compare tunes and the ability to use/import the base tune read from your car when VersaTune is first installed.

After reviewing some logs this morning I just thought of another one.

The ability to load the tune as a reference whilst reviewing the logs (i.e. so you can see what the actual vs desired values are and see any discrepancies)

In the tune the actual requested value is a calculated number based on several tables. For most of the major loggable parameters you are able to log that output value.
