VVT table

Post by boloteo »

I have seen that the higher value for the vvt table is 30,so i suggest if it is easy to up it to 35 ,or more if it is possible, it will be usefull for the big turbo aplications so that they will spool a litle bit faster....

For now try giving it lower timing advance to move the flame front towards the exhaust cycle, see what you get. It's almost the same thing as using higher VVT values.

If you don't have more room to up the VVT advance all you can do is to LOWER the timing advance. This will result in a late ignition and hotter explosion, so the gasses exiting the cylinder will be hotter (meaning more volume) and will help spinning the turbo.
