LocalData Vacuum

It would be nice to perform a sqlite VACUUM on the LocalDatabase.vtdb database at least every new install. My file has gotten 176MB in size after so much logging over time and when I was starting the Versatuner on my laptop while not being connected to a power source (so with more aggressive power saving settings) it took minutes to start.
