Disable crackle and pop under 3k

Hi, I'm trying to disable the pops under 3k as I find it too much for normal driving. I set the decel fuel cut load threshold to 0 above 3k thinking it wouldn't cut fuel and left the rest, however it still cuts fuel. What do I need to do to disable it? Thanks
