Chasing Knock Retard issue

Hi all,
I'm currently chasing a knock retard issue. I'm getting KR between 4500-7000rpm, kr is going up 'n down between 1.0 and 3+/-. I'm in the tuning process of this car and I'm trying to find out what this issue is. My setup is as follows: CST4, Catless Downpipe, 3,5 downpipe, 3 port ebcs, vtcs delete, 3 inch catback, corksport map sensor, and a dual catch can setup.
My KR problem occured after the install of my new spark plugs and the 2nd catch can. Occ setup is: 1st occ connected at pcv valve and intake manifold (vented) the 2nd occ is connected to another port on the pcv plate and to the valve cover breather (also vented occ)
I already changed the spark plugs, regapped them, changed the injector seals to upgraded ones, and also checked the coil packs and extended the springs inside.
Could this occ setup cause any knock retard since they are both vented? I included a Datalog, maybe anyone can see what's wrong.
Other causes could maybe be: Faulty injector? or maybe crank pulley not fully alligned?
Hope to get this issue sorted soon.
Have a great day!
