well put my versatune on before and very happy with results, i have done a few logs, but i went for a spin and didn't have my laptop with me and i got boost spike about 4000 rpm but think it could be with the outside temp being 1*c, could someone look at my graph i think it looks pretty smooth most
knock i've had is 0.9 haven't done MAF cal yet, trying to get my head around how to do it

1st one is MAF in 4th 3000rpm to 6000rpm
2nd is actual air to fuel/ fuel rail pressure/ knock retard/ wastegate control/ fuel pressure sensor/ intake manifold absolute pressure/mass airflow sensor

Please use the Share Selected button to export the log as a .vtlog file. The screen shots do not include the legend data. It can be a bit of a challenge to see what is what based on the axis scaling only.

try again i haven't done my MAF cal yet will do it tomorrow when i get my head around doing it, pulls really hard at the moment but very smooth, got boost cut when i didn't have my laptop in car about 4000rpm in 4th but could be with the cold weather 1*c

MAF Cal is way off. You are lean of target by 10% or more. Get that taken care of first. That will help with the fuel cut as it will cut actual load by 10%.

Yeah, MAF cal needs some love. When it's done, mixture is closer to target (=richer) because ECU sees more air and injects more fuel. But when ECU sees more air flow, isn't load actually higher, no?

Fuel cut is from excessive boost.
With the MAF cal lean, it is lying to the ECU about the actual load. It is telling it there is less load than actual, so the ecu ups the boost to make more load.

The overboost fuel cut limit is just above what is needed to hit the load targets. If the actual load is higher than the calculated load, you will hit higher boost levels than you should. The overboost limit is doing it's job.
