Steve @ VersaTune wrote:A boost leak would cause low AFRs, and 100% BCS DC with low MAP. Post a WOT log with the general performance preset, and I'll see what's going on.

Don't forget that the Requested Load Multiplier Accel/Decel is applied to the Requested Load after the lookup. The MS3 versions of those tables really reduce req load - like almost 20%!
Have you had chance to look at my logs?
How long does the accel/decel multiplier take effect for?

I'm cleaning up the MS6 / 6 MPS tune database today. As soon as I finish with that, I'll dig into your logs.

I'm not sure how long the multiplier is applied. I'll look at that code again and see if there is a timer associated with it.

Thanks steve, it stands to reason that there must be some sort of cross reference between them tables and the absolute loads.

Here are some results, I had the chance of a cheap dyno sesh so took full advantage. it was about 297 whp, the run was in 5th (my tyres are nearly at the end of their life so I was spinning the wheels in 4th :D) and it's inertia only.

Interstingly, it shows me running lean after 6k where i'm targeting richer afr's, I didn't have my laptop to log the run. I just need to carry the power higher up. heres a copy of the tune, any input steve?

1) the K04 won't hit the load targets you have after 4500.
2) either there is major tire slippage from 2500 - 3500 (unlikely) or the req load multipliers are killing your load down low. Use the req load multiplier tables from the high load tune.
3) I'd need to look at logs to see what happened with the AFRs. It could be pump related. Your fuel pressure target table changes will not have any effect since the max values are not raised as well.

I have kmd internals, pressure is upwards of 1650psi all the way to redline, I'll have to download your high load tune and take a look at it.

Steve, just out of curiosity, what makes you think the Tyres/req load is off between 250-3500? Should the curve be steeper?
I guess I'm gonna have to get a bigger turbo to get any more power further up?

With an intake and DP, you should be fully spooled by 2500. The initial spool up should show up as a steep slope in the torque curve. It should then hold it's load targets (plateau) and then drop off as the turbo runs out of breath.

Take a look at my dyno from last year on my Speed6 before I pulled the K04 off.

Dont use the table multipliers on the load tables, increase them by hand to target 2.0 -2.2 load by 2700ish, leave the sub 1500rpm targets unchanged, slope down to 1.8ish by 5000-5500rpm. I think I have it set to 1.7ish load by 6k and it drops off steeply after that.
