I'd expect it to be a much flatter torque curve with near peak torque starting around 2500 or so when it first spools.

This was a 5th gear run, the 4th gear made 330bhp/330lbft but that had wheelspin. I didn't know it at the time but I've just looked at the log. I'll post them both up now.

4th gear

look at the load curve on the log, it starts to climb and then does a curve till it hits peak load @3300rpm, I make peak load at 2500-2750 on the road so It must be wheelspin. In my tune 5th gear looks like
0.9999999 / 1.15 / 1.3/1.55/ 1.8/ 1.9/2.05/ 2.125/ 2.125/ 2.05 / 1.9 / 1.8 / 1.7 / 1.6 / 1.5
so max load isnt till 3k.

logged maf pre-set by mistake on the 5th gear pull :facepalm

Why is your spool so late? A bone stock car is fully spooled by 2800. You're not spooled till 3500+

There's something very wrong there. With your mods, in 4th you should be fully spooled no later than 2500 and probably as early as 2200-2300. Recirc valve problem? Make sure you're wastegate closes fully and has at least some preload on the actuator rod.

As I said, wheelspin on that run. Last road run was spoooled by 2500 (still late though) how do I check the wastegate?

To truly inspect it you need to remove the DP. You can remove the actuator rod retaining clip from the swing valve and see if it swings freely. The actuator rod should keep the swing valve pulled tight closed with a little preload. There is an adjustment thread and nut to adjust the preload. Don't overdo it, or it will spike on spool up.

BTW, what tyres are you running to get wheel spin in 4th? Is it those tyres made from 365 recycled condoms? Good Year.....

Can I adjust it without taking it off, I have sod all money to take my car to a garage and I'm really not sure exactly what you said in that last paragraph!!

According to my road logs I'm at full load just under 2500, so that is about right? I may take the car to a different dyno as I think the scale is wrong on those sheets.

Vredstein ultrac sessanta 225/40/18, good tyres and only done 1k on them!! His rollers are like polished stainless!!

You're probably good. Slick rollers will get you every time.
