How to log boost

Post by manselainen »

Is there a way to log & show boost? I can find Intake manifold absolute pressure (logs OK) and barometric pressure (have not tried yet). Boost should be MAP minus baro, right?

Also I can't find cat temp bank 1 sensor 1 or smthg like that, it's available in Dashhawk.

Boost = MAP - Baro. We will add that as a PID in the near future. I have Catalyst Temperature in my dev code already. I will add it to the release code soon.

is the cat temp even accurate? some said it appears ok with the dashhawk but after shutting the vehicle off and turning key on it shows way high. But also id tend to believe that air flow across the sensor may needed for correct measurement.

I would expect that the O2 sensor would heat soak shortly after shutdown.

It's measured or estimated by the O2 sensor somehow. I need to read up to find out how.
