Couldn't get more than 2 psi in his system, there's air pissing out from the tip/turbo area. I'm putting my money on it being a dodgy tip to turbo connection. I'd have refitted the intake myself there and then but I'm recovering from having had gastro enteritis and flu combined this week, haven't eaten in 7 days and I was beginning to go dizzy!!

So it was a leak there, but not on the boost side.

It may have been on the boost pipe, I didn't find out, It was just coming from that area around the turbo.
Edit: although I remember him saying he checked his plugs recently, do it could very well have been that.
