Here are 2 more data logs from the new map that Skiptowncat has sent me with the load targets turned down to try and reduce my WGDC down from 100% but unfortunately its still at 100%
Below are the 2 logs. IF anybody has any idea what could be causing the problem then please make any suggestions or would like to have a look at the MAP then i can e-mail it to them.
Many Thanks
David

Re: WGDC at 100%
It is at the same rpm as last time which is strange as i reduced it already. I'll reduce again until it's gone but maybe you should think about a grimspeed or equivalent.
Re: WGDC at 100%
The wastegate duty cycle also depends on the load targets. First the ECU will command the wastegate to close as per the BCS DC Base table and then it will start adjusting + or - to meet the load target. This works this way because, by example, in hot weather higher boost is required to meet the same amount of air flow (thus producing the same load/power) as in colder weather. Therefore when it's hot outside the turbo needs to work harder to push the same amount of air to meet the same load target.
So if your load targets were not lowered... the BCS DC table values don't help too much.
However, you're flowing around 250g/s with the wastegate fully closed (100% wgdc) anywhere between 5000 and 6500rpm which is pretty good these summer days (I'm not sure where you are and how the BAT's are below 30C for you, but here there are +39C right now).

Re: WGDC at 100%
I noticed that aswell. What I've done is flashes the base tune that comes with the software but with the MAF calibration changed and I'm gonna do some data logs with that and see if it still opens 100%. If it does then we know there is some problem with the car.skiptownmcat wrote:It is at the same rpm as last time which is strange as i reduced it already. Re: WGDC at 100%
Lanky, what is your complete list of mods? How is your BPV located and what BPV you have (I'm interrested more in the BPV)?
