You need to do a full MAF calibration.

What Steve says. It looks like there are some sections in your MAF cal where the calibrations are off. If the intake was smaller you could get away with just proportional scaling like you did, but with a larger diameter intake at low air flow the air travels at different speeds through that intake section so you need a full MAF cal.

You can get a good baseline from here: http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/forum/f ... es-124734/ - that 4" (HTP) Beta may be what you need to start doing your MAF cal.
