Yes that is correct. With the current version of versatuner you can tune for 100% CL unless you go above load 2.
However, usually people refer the CL MAF CAL as the 0-150 ish g/s values, because above 150g/s in a normal CL-OL tune you're in open loop either because load is exceeded, RPM thresholds or APP thresholds. In this case your ENTIRE maf cal will be CL and you will be able to rely on the LTFT's only rather than the differences between the commanded and actual AFR.

Awesome ,especially for big maf cal it is going to be much easier with the cl way.One more question what about the tables for the ignition as i understand we will about to tune only the cl ignition tables.

Yes, you can simply ignore the OL tables.
However, make sure you read that link I posted in the first few posts from MSF.org... when in CL the ECU will read signals from more sensors and will react slower in certain situations. If you're doing this with a test tune with low target timing just to do your MAF cal you will probably be fine.
