I keep getting commanded afr of anywhere between 14.2-14.5 even though my tune calls for 14.7. If I reflash it usually sorts itself out. I'd estimate every 3rd flash induces this anomaly, is there any particular reason for this?

I noticed a similar behavior but I was only monitoring open loop, I thought it was the SWAS or some other sensor that when over some threshold would trigger richer AFR's.
If your AC compressor is on try shutting it down when you see this. That if you didn't try it already.
