My best guess is that it's probably caused by the single aftermarket Cat.

I installed the Map you done for me today Steve... No more boost spikes, very impressed.
Hits 15psi and holds.... I'll do a log tomorrow for you to have a look.
What's best way to drive when doing a general performance log? Also I'll do a log for setting up my maf :)
BNR stage1, 3" Downpipe w/200 cell, Autotech HPFP, Cpe TMIC, Cpe 3" SRI, HTP 3" tip, Amsoil filter w/Prefilter, GoFastBits BOV, Grimmspeed interrupt, NGK iridium IX, Snow Stage 2 meth w/Aquamist parts, Sure Juggernaught, Cpe diff brace.

General performance - 2000 - 6200 WOT 3rd gear if legal and safe to do so. Also a WOT 2-3 shift to see if it is spiking on the shift.

Will do that tomorrow, I've got a private road good for testing... Although 6th gear is a bit scary ;)

Steve, just looking at my idle commanded afr. It's coming in at 14.58:1, it should be 14.68:1? This might be giving me the extra carbonmonoxide emissions? Can I change this anywhere?

You can modify the closed loop AFR table to adjust idle AFR target. If you get too lean, NOx may creep up.

In that table it says 1 lambda right through the 500-1500 rpm range, so why does my dashhawk say 14.58 for commanded afr? Strange!!

Could be a rounding error on the scaling. The ECU outputs lambda. Anything that logs in AFR is just multiplying the lambda value.
