Re: New uk member - Getting started
In fuel log actual AFR a bit leaner than desired AFR. Some work in MAF cal needed? Otherwise nice logs!

looks pretty good to me, id say if anything a couple very minor tweaks to your load target correction table. Couple times your load jumps up and down like its over correcting the wastegate duty cycle

Re: New uk member - Getting started
Looks good! Just a few small suggestions.
MAF looks a little lean from ~3.25v on up.
Drop BCS DC Base at 2250 to 25% and at 2500 to 22% to reduce the spike on spoolup.
Maybe tweak the Requested Load Multiplier tables to help with the spikes on shifts.
If you continue to see that knock at 5500, try dropping 1* of timing at 5500.
You can probably bump OL WOT AFRs to .780 once you are sure the MAF is spot on.

Sorry for the thread hi-jack but I failed my MOT test again, would I be in right in thinking that a vac leak could cause high co levels? Any suspect places for vac leaks?

vac leak would cause lean operation. It could be a dieing O2 sensor.

Fuck it, I was moaning to the wife about it so she's bought me a full 3" tbe using a eurospec 200cell cat as an early xmas present, it's being fitted on Friday. If it still doesn't pass, I'll have to get the O2 sensor.

Mine was replaced under warranty at 48000 miles. They tend to crap up from smokey K04s and soot from the factory rich AFRs.

Calibrating my maf but temp has dropped to 1 degree Celsius, will I still be fine? Suppose I could just keep an eye on it and adjust when temp rises again.... Possibly after winter!? Cold weather and snow forecast for the end of the week....

Re: • Mazda 6 MPS • UK member
my maf calibration is almost there, once going my LTFT settles to -0.8 but when idle or very slow it is about -3.1
as long as my LTFT is around -1 to 1 should i be happy with that?
any suggestions looking at my log?
