going to be switching to an hx35 next weekend curious if there are any tunes recommended to work from or does someone have a decent basemap?

There are no base tunes for big turbos. Normally you should work with your tuner when you upgrade your turbo.
However as long as you do not get into high boost the car should drive normal with any turbo. The main concern here however is the intake calibration because without a proper one the car may not even start (or if it does may not stay running). All other things such as MAP sensors and whatever you did on the exhaust side, intercooler, and so on are not important at this stage as long as you drive normally.

just doing hx35 with 3inch turbo back really only thing we are changing is going to a 3.5 inch intake and the hx35 are the main changes

Well, the "only thing" is quite significant So no, even for just driving around you will not be able to use the current tune calibrated for a 3" intake.
