I just ordered Lite version and got started! buzzkill for now! when i want to install versatuner on my MPS6 , it backs up the existing tune and proceed further but it throws an error "Negative response ServiceNotSupported received when using device" and asks to restore recovery flash onto ECU. What is the problem?

The problem is the previous tune which is not the factory one.

Got it fixed! i did not turn the key to ACC and wait 3 seconds.. thanks
