Low power (boost?) / Data log attached

Hi. I have a 2006 mazdaspeed6/mps with rebuilt engine, forged pistons/rods, and supposedly remapped for more power, other modifications of the car is a JBR short ram intake, HPFP upgrade and an OCC.

I went to a dyno recently and got very bad results (150 whp :( ). I have been to several mechanics since then and none has found a problem with the car. Looking at the log, it seems to me that turbo boost is pretty low, so maybe turbo, cat, or a vacuum leak? What do you guys think? Any help with where/what to look for would be appreciated.

The turbo on your car can do a lot more. Also, judging by the values in this log (which looks pretty weird from a formatting standpoint) you don't seem to have any problem with boost or vacuum leaks either.
I'd say it's the tune. Can you share your tune, assuming it was tuned with versatuner?

Thanks for answering. The tune was made by a local tuner, no idea if he used versatune. Do you think it is possible to fix this by retuning it with versatune or better to call this local tuner and get back to stock tune first?

You'd have a license on your car VIN number if he used versatune, so I guess he did not.

If everything is mechanically ok with the car then definitely yes, retunning with versatuner should theoretically fix this low power issue.
Right now it looks like the ECU simply doesn't "want" to command more power across the entire rpm range and this tune is below what the stock tune normally is.

Thanks again very much for your answer, I'll try the most stockish tune available and I'll share the results!

Ok, so I've flashed the Base 93US/98EU Octane map. Here are the results. I also used Torque for virtual dyno and got 175whp there.. Car feels way better than before though, somewhat running smoothly.

210-215g/s of air sounds like stock power, but the wastegate duty cycle should not be at 100% at these air flow figures. So clogged cat, clogged air filter, exhaust leaks - these are things you should check.

Also, it's pretty hard to tell what's going on when you change gears a lot, doing one WOT pull in one gear from 2500-2800rpm to 6000-6500 is the best approach. Also, you barely revved the car above 5000rpm, if you used the same data with virtual dyno then it's expected to get a low power figure since with an aftermarket tune these car have max power somewhere between 5300 and 6200rpm.

For next log please use this logging preset: https://www.dropbox.com/s/obcw6gvmas0di ... vtpre?dl=0

Thanks for the info. As requested, I've made another log and here are the results, 4th gear pull.

Exhaust/intake restriction, tired turbo or both. Considering how the BATs are climbing despite the relatively small load I'd incline towards exhaust restriction, things are getting hot down there.

Gonna speak with my mechanic to check out the cat/turbo. Thanks for all the info, very much appreciated!
