It doesn't look good at all. The WOT AFRs past 4100RPM are way too rich, past 4800rpm the air flow starts decreasing instead of increasing, the wastegate duty cycle is basically 0 across the entire run, and so on.
The only things that look good are the timing advance curve and the fact that there's no knock (which is expected considering that your car right now runs like naturally aspirated but with very rich AFRs).

From this log it looks like this car is making around 140-150bhp, so I suggest a boost leak and a full service at a qualified car shop (a good mazda dealer may be a good idea).

Hey guys,

Back again. The gentlemen who is tuning my car is doing great. But we increased the boost from 14 psi to 20 psi. but for some reason at WOT the boost is going to 20 the back down to 15ish then back up to 20 psi.

Any thoughts? I have attached a data log

Please post or email your current tune. The ECU is pulling wastegate duty cycle for some reason.

You most probably hit a limit in your tune and the LEC/BEC tables (depending on which limit you hit) are most probably not that well sorted. Otherwise mechanically everything seems right.

I looked at the tune and found a table that needed adjustment.

Just tell which table, not necessarily how.
I just hope he is not paying money to get tuned by whatever guy is tuning him :)

The BCS DC Adjustment Incremental table was set such that it wasn't allowing the ECU to hit load targets.
