Tune Turbo Upgrade

Just got a new engine and turbo installed in my 2007 CX-7 AWD. I am new to tuning and looking for some assistance.
Mods are:
Corksport turbocharger (MS3/MS6)
Corksport Stage II air inlet pipe + SRI
Corksport 3.5bar MAP sensor
Also how do you disable TCS with the software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mechanical work is just about done and vehicle should be road ready tomorrow. Need to have a proper tune to ensure best performance and reliability. Thanks.

No. Engine is brand new however.

Yes. Block is completely stock except the bolt on mods I mentioned.
