Got a chance to pull some logs today. In ascending order of time stamp: idle, normal drive, WOT from stop, WOT from cruise, WOT w/ boost PID preset. Barometric pressure today is about 14.6psi. Temperature is 68F and 95% humidity.

Try exporting them in .csv format and re-uploading them... this way we can give you some feedback without having to get our versatuner laptop and you can also get some feedback from non-CX7 users.

The CS turbo you have is really struggling for 200g/s of air... Are you on factory exhaust?

Yeah exhaust is stock. I recently got a DTC P0421 warmup catalyst efficiency, though.

Primary catalyst hollowed out. P0421 still comes back after monitors are fully reset after about 150 miles. Disabled DTC. Slightly louder and deeper sound but nothing significant. It was pretty clogged. Somewhat noticeable improvement in engine response and turbo spool. LTFT's have a larger swing (averaging up to +/- 10%) even with Skiptown's MAF calibration.

Struggling with extremely high BATs with ambient temps around 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Up to 180-200deg at idle while heatsoaked. They cool down at highway speeds to about 130-150ish. I removed the weatherstripping at the top of the cowl and it didn't seem to help much. Engine coolant temps average 190deg.

Did a considerable amount of maintenance and repairs all around (suspension, alignment, fuel injector seals, oil cooler, brakes, removed VTCS flaps, ignition coil stretch, etc.) It is running and driving well but I still am trying to get it tuned right. Still don't have HPFP internals but I will eventually. My goal is to get good driveability, reliability and fuel economy for now. No new DTCs. I've learned a lot about tuning but soo much I don't know. Looking for pointers on tuning ignition timing, AFRs, VVT, and BCS DC to achieve solid performance.

Send me your tune, a set of logs and a list of mods and let's see what we can change. A MAF cal will go a long way if done properly.

Ambient temps around 75deg, 28% humidity today. Barometric pressure here today 14.818psi. Running 93 octane gasoline (w/ up to 10% ethanol). All regular maintenance is pretty much up-to-date except maybe EGR & intake valve cleaning. Engine and turbo have less than 50k miles on them. 201k miles on the odo. I can send these another way if needed. Thanks in advance for the help.

Mods:
CorkSport turbo
CorkSport Stage II SRI w/ TIP
CorkSport 3.5bar MAP sensor
NGK 6510 spark plugs gapped to 0.028"
Ignition coil springs stretched
Removed VTCS intake manifold flaps
Removed windshield cowl weatherstrip
Gutted primary catalyst

I could not find any WOT log among the ones you've sent.
However, with a hollowed cat you should check the "Installed catless downpipe" option when flashing the tune.

Reply sent in PM. Checking logs again.

I forgot to mention that option is checked when tune flashed. What exactly does it do?
