It's good to know that but guy's have you heard that the CX-7 crossovers SUV by Mazda is barely different than the CX-5 and doesn't sell perfectly. Thus, Mazda has resolved that the CX-7 has had its day and is stopping the model in the U.S. Mazda http://www.cardealexpert.com/model/2196 ... Mazda-CX-7discontinues CX-7 crossover in U.S. which is said that it is barely various than the CX-5 and doesn't sell perfectly.

The CX-5 doesn't have the 2.3 DISI T engine, which is FAIL in my books. Apart from that it's a very nice and decent car which very nice engines too.

@Sassimac
Do you know how to change idle speed from original 700 rpm to +/- 850 rpm? We tried it with Mazdaedit but ECU didn´t accept it.

Hi Pebo...

From memory (I sold the car 6 months ago), I was not able to alter the idle speed as you suggest. All I managed to do was alter the cold start idle speed.

Hi Sassimac,
can Versatune do this instead of Mazdaedit? Than I would buy it.

Peter...

Your best answer is to email Steve or Ugnius for an answer to that question.

Personally, I ended up using Versatune as my preferred solution. It is by far an easier and better described application.
