Requested Load Multipler Accel/Deccel Tables on an Auto

Hi There...
Are there any hints, tips or information on how to use and set these tables?
I have not played with these tables yet, and I would like to use them to reduce boost spikes between gears. Bearing in mind the CX7 is and auto, there is no accelerator pedal lift off between gears. And help here in how these tables function would be really helpful.
