I was looking at the tables for shift related.

In this chart, will lower values cause popping, or would setting it to 20 cause more popping? in the timing tables, lower is more popping. Using this table off one of your OTS maps, it seems my car pops more with the chart with lower values. Or maybe its placebo. I wanted to confirm.

On this chart, in higher gears its at 7K. Im not gonna shift at 7K, if I set the higher values to say 5750 in 3rd-5th, would I be correct in assuming this would add a pop on a hard shift at those gears? Any major negative side effects?

In the first table you have the ignition retard in positive numbers (degrees). So I think increasing those will result in more popping. Never tried it though.
