They are default except for LC rpm that is set to 2,600 rpm
I tried lowering APP but it didn't work at all.

We performed a detailed analysis and found that this EU ROM has some differences from the USDM ROMs in the way the rev limiter is implemented, and we suspect that it's the reason why our launch control code was not working properly.
We are working on a solution for your friend and we will send a new version for testing tomorrow.

BTW, just to inform people that were reading this. Problem was sorted out.
