As far as I do not really understand in fuel maps settings. Can please help me with refleshing my ECU acording to my tunes?

I have 1-generation mazda rx-8. Maybe somebody have setting maps for similar tunes?

After refleshing or change battery my car fast but after
several cycles of driving it becomes slow.
after 7000 rpm i have lean mixture .Please help me find a problem?
