Rx-8 Idle air to fuel ratio adjust

So I have modified my AFR tables and some other fuel values they all work pretty well.
I have also adjustet my idle rpm to be 855 instead of 800
Now the following problem -> my afr at idle is 1.035-1.045 lamda,
i need atleast a 1.020-1.025 steady lambda to pass emissions even lower would be better.
Any suggestions to fix that cause i tried a lot of different values in almost all of the fuel tables.
