Car jerks in third gear after 5.33 diff. ratio install

Hi all... New in the forum and new with Versatuner!
Please I kindly ask to whom can help, what should I look out for this strange behaviour of the car, after installing the new 5.33 diff ratio I am experiencing an annoing jerking only in 3rd gear, I guess is something to do with load - throtle position...
What do you all think?
