Disabled DTC still showing up

Hey gang, I have 2010 RX8. Have cat delete and airpump delete. Have disabled DTC's for both. Had no trouble for a while but now I keep getting CEL with P0410 and P0411-both for the secondary air injection. Both of these codes are specifically disabled in the software, but I keep getting them. Anyone have this type of issue and a solution? Also I'll randomly get a U2064 which, from what I've read is a canbus error. Is there any possible correlation between these codes

Check again the list of disabled PIDs displayed in the tune options, sometimes when disabling a PID the VT software re-enables the already disabled ones, or when selecting multiple PIDs to disable it will not disable any of them.
The U2064 usually pops up when you connect and/or disconnect the OBD reader adapter from the OBD connector in the car. Nothing to worry about.
