I have been running the stage 1 - 1.08 performance tune for around 6 months now on my Mazda 3 XD. No issues so far, even on the 40 degree days we are now having in the Australian summer.

Has anyone out there pushed their stock Sky Active D any further than 192hp using VersaTuner ?

Only just started using versatuner so not built up the confidence/knowledge to start pushing the boundaries but have seen companies over here in the UK and Europe offering to tune to 210bhp. Was your car the 150 or 175bhp version that you have installed the 1.08 performance tune on?

Please keep in mind that most companies that claim 210 HP on a SkyActiv-D tune refer to crank horsepower, which is measured at the engine. Our numbers are measured at the wheels, after the drivetrain losses. Only wheel horsepower can be accurately measured by a chassis dynamometer. As a result, 192 HP at the wheels corresponds to pretty much 210 HP at the crankshaft if you disregard the drivetrain losses.

My Mazda was originally 175HP

I was only just informed that the 1.08 Tune is actually 192HP at the wheels, Ugnius you should mention this on your site if you haven't already.

Has anyone here upgraded / modified anything in conjunction with the 1.08 tune ? . Im thinking of installing a Odula Intercooler.
