Hello,
Id like to install Versatune in my car but before that I would like to know which version I allready have in my car (for backup).
My ECU calibration is: SHYJEB000SH0B060
Is it official or ... ?
Platform: Gen3 Mazda 6 SkyActiv-D
ECU calibration: SHYJEB000SH0B060
Thanks

Re: ECU Calibration
You have SHYJEB calibration, it is the latest official calibration for your car. VersaTuner base ROM for your car is also based on SHYJEB.
Re: ECU Calibration
Thank fo your answer.
One more question. Now I have my boost pressure lower than desired - Manifold Absolute Pressure is 20-40kPa lower than Manifold Absolute Pressure Desired. In some conditions (high load, high RPM) its almost the same (my VT logs in attachments). Also during regeneration its the same.
I have checked intake manifold, EGR + EGR Cooler Bypass Valve (cleaned), MAP (cleaned), MAF (replaced), O2 sensor (replaced), Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor (cleaned), turbocharger + regulation (chcecked, OK) but no change.
No error code, fuel consumption is aprox 7,8l/100km (36 mpg).
Is it normal or issue? Can I install Versatune?

Re: ECU Calibration
IMO is it perfectly normal, during regeneration, the EGR valves are closed. Check PID BOOST_A_STATUS in ForScan (dunno if VT displays, I'm on vacation now) at full throttle. It should stick on Closed Loop during acceleration without shifting, not switch between Open/Closed or oscillate too much.sss222sss wrote: ↑September 28th, 2020, 9:58 pmNow I have my boost pressure lower than desired - Manifold Absolute Pressure is 20-40kPa lower than Manifold Absolute Pressure Desired. Re: ECU Calibration
I dont understand how BOOST_A_STATUS should change depending on THROTTLE POSITION...
BOOST_A_STATUS: 0=CLOSED LOOP, 100=OPEN LOOP
BOOST_A_STATUS: 0=CLOSED LOOP, 100=OPEN LOOP

Re: ECU Calibration
However unusable (very few lines when filtered to load>90 and full throttle). In addition, it is necessary to log time since engine started, revolutions per minute, vehicle speed and accelerator position.

Ok, one more try...

Re: ECU Calibration
You're just joking, 240 records out of 12186 are APP_REL > 90. But about runtime 370 you can see constant APP 94.12 with BOOST_A_STATUS suddenly switched from Closed to Open. But from my POV, I've seen more oscillations with clogged intake/MAP sensors.
