This is a matter of what the ECU supports, and none of the ECUs used by mazda can do that. Actually very few OEM ECUs on the market support that, or at least dual/multiple tune setups.

this is actually not true. but you cant access that protocol with an obd diagnostics tool. every ECU manufacturer has a tool they can use to tune their ECU live. Thought such tool costs upwards of 10ooo$/€

Ive had a pleasure to see one in action, and if tuners would use it they could offset the cost of a standalone units.
